Yes you have and continue to help people during their time of challenge. The reason you have so many followers is because you are showing us that we can all move forward no matter what, and even if we have a crappy therapist/psychiatrist, we still move forward. Till is a brutal movie to watch anytime and the beating of Tyre put more trauma into our community. But what it should do is to help us recognize that we do need to stand up for ourselves, to hold ourselves accountable for getting the help we need (that is what you are doing), and to find another provider who understands the journey we are on and is there to encourage us. Everyone has mental health challenges, and this is not bad. You are an example of no matter what has come your way, to get back up and reach out. You are helping so many of us and I love when you share your thoughts. Keep doing what you are doing!
